The Medicare Compliance Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence of FMO activities to all regulatory and compliance requirements. This position will report directly to the Compliance Manager and Director of Compliance and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day of 5 Compliance Analysts.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare compliance, with a focus on Medicare
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with a strong understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day of 5 Compliance Analyst
- Train employees on compliance requirements, ethical standards, and best practices.
- Ensure all staff are aware of the company’s compliance program and understand their roles in maintaining compliance.
- Develop a compliance roadmap that aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives
- Stay up to date with changes in Medicare Advantage regulations or industry standards
- Establish a robust auditing and monitoring program to assess compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of compliance activities
